All bookings must be paid for on the day of your appointment.
Your deposit will be returned as a subtraction from your account on the day of your scan.
You must tell us at least 48 hours before your booking if you wish to cancel otherwise we will retain your deposit to cover our costs.
In the event that we cannot obtain either the gender or the correct 4D images dependent on which scan is chosen we will offer you one rescan for free.
4D peeks are not the main objective of the scan and are a free add on complimentary of Numi Scan.
Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment start time your booking may be rescheduled for another day to ensure our other customers are not kept waiting.

Sexing scans. WHILST WE ARE VIRTUALLY ALWAYS ABLE TO SEX A BABY CORRECTLY, SEXING SCANS CAN NEVER BE 100% ACCURATE. WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY OF ANY SORT FOR THE PROVISION OF AN INCORRECT INDICATION OF YOUR BABY'S GENDER.
How we use your personal information
The use of your personal information is subject to our Privacy and Cookies Policy. Please ensure that you have read and understood our Privacy and Cookies Policy before placing your Order.
We will not use any of your personal information for any purpose other than those contained within our Privacy and Cookies Policy and as set out below.
We will use the personal information you provide to us in order to:
verify your identity;
enable Numi Scan Ltd to provide you with Products and/or Services;
facilitate payments and refunds for Products and/or Services;
enhance and improve the quality of Products and/or Services that we provide;
comply with requests made by regulatory bodies and/or as otherwise required by law;
provide relevant information to your regular healthcare providers; and/or
for the prevention of fraud and/or other relevant criminal offences.
Payment for all Products, Services and collection or delivery charges must be made at the time of placing your Order.
Payment for Products or Services can be made by debit or credit card.
You are responsible for providing valid debit or credit card details. We reserve the right to not provide Products or Services to you if your payment details have expired or are invalid. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you to enable you to provide updated information.
Your Consumer Rights
Consumers have legal rights in relation to Products and/or Services that are faulty or, subject to clause 13, not as described. You can obtain advice about your legal rights from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
You acknowledge and agree that by purchasing any Products or Services through our site, no contract of sale, retail or other commercial arrangement is created between you and us. Our relationship with you when purchasing such Products and Services is as a facilitator for the purpose of you placing your Order with the Associate.
DATA PROTECTION & PATIENT CONSENT
As a healthcare provider Numi Scan Ltd will be processing healthcare related data (special category).
By giving us consent to process your data, you consent to:
Allowing us to process your data for the purposes of accounting, preventive medicine and/or medical diagnosis.
Allowing us to confidentially email you your payment receipt and your results to your chosen email address in addition to contacting you by phone when necessary.
You understand that we will be unable to erase client medical records, which are required as evidence of our clinical practice.
You understand that Numi Scan Ltd will not contact you for marketing purposes or for promotion of its services.
IF CONSENT FOR THE ABOVE IS NOT GIVEN, WE CANNOT PROCEED WITH THIS PURCHASE.
NOTE: Please understand that Numi Scan Ltd is a private healthcare provider and that you will ultimately be responsible for the quality of the sample(s) that you provide and any fee(s) resulting from your test(s).
